Jasmine Hagan is not just a real estate investor ; she’s a builder of wealth, community, and legacy. Born and raised in Chicago’s West Side, Jasmine knows what it feels like to lose stability: after losing both parents, she also lost her family’s home. That painful experience ignited her mission to make sure no one in her community ever feels “homeless” again.
Today, Jasmine is the CEO of Westside Community Group Inc. and the founder of SheTalksMillions. She is leading a $9M development project in North Lawndale, building 27 new units with $4M in City of Chicago funding, while also teaching new investors how to buy their very first multi-unit property.
With nearly 15 years in real estate: from broker to investor to developer and general contractor, Jasmine brings the kind of experience most “gurus” can’t. She doesn’t just teach theory; she builds projects, manages contractors, and owns the properties herself.
